I don’t see the team or gift collection I’m looking for in the gift send flow - why is this happening?
Your Loop & Tie Salesforce App will only give you access to the team or gift collection available to you in your Loop & Tie account. Please ensure that the team or gift collection in question is reflected within your Loop & Tie account accessible at https://www.loopandtie.com.
