Your Loop & Tie Salesforce App only displays the teams and gift collections already available in your Loop & Tie account. If a specific team or gift collection is missing from the app, first confirm it exists in your account at https://www.loopandtie.com.How do I add a missing team or collection to my Loop & Tie account?
- Add a new team: Contact your portal admin.
