How do I get a receipt?

Accessing your receipts and order history.

Getting a receipt for your self-serve subscription 

If you purchased a subscription via loopandtie.com, please email finance@loopandtie.com to request a receipt. 

If you worked with a member of the Sales or Account Management teams for your purchase, please reach out to that person directly; they'd be happy to provide you with a copy of your SOW and invoice. 

Getting a receipt for your Loop & Tie credits

You can access your Loop & Tie Credit history via your Account Settings page; receipts can be downloaded or printed from your Order Summaries page. Here's how it works: 

  1. Login to your account and click on Account Settings on the bottom of the lefthand panel menu 

  2. Click 'Billing' on the left side menu

  3. Scroll down to the "Orders" widget

  4. Find the order whose receipt you'd like to obtain. You can either scroll until you find the correct order, or filter by date range

  5. Click on the Order Number to pull up the relevant receipt. 

    1. On the order summary page, click 'Print receipt'.
