How do I get a receipt?

Getting a receipt for your self-serve subscription 

To get a receipt for a self-serve subscription purchased at loopandtie.com, email finance@loopandtie.com. 

If your subscription was arranged through the Sales or Account Management team, contact your representative directly to request a copy of your SOW and invoice. 

Getting a receipt for your Loop & Tie credits

You can download or print receipts for your Loop & Tie Credit purchases from your Order Summaries page in Account Settings. Follow the steps below: 

  1. Log in to your account and click Account Settings at the bottom of the left-hand panel menu. 

  2. Click 'Billing' on the left side menu

  3. Scroll down to the "Orders" widget

  4. Find the order whose receipt you'd like to obtain. You can either scroll until you find the correct order, or filter by date range

  5. Click on the Order Number to pull up the relevant receipt. 

  6. On the order summary page, click 'Print receipt'.
