Why am I receiving an error message saying "insufficient permissions" or "object access" (Salesforce App)

Users are receiving error messages indicating insufficient permissions or object access

If you are your organization’s Salesforce administrator: 

Please ensure that all users in question have been assigned the “Loop & Tie Standard User” permission set in the setup menu (please see onboarding documentation for more details). 

Please also ensure that the user has access to the object in question in your org. setup. If the problem persists, please contact Loop & Tie at salesforcesupport@loopandtie.com

 

If you are not your organization’s Salesforce administrator: 

Please reach out to your organization’s Salesforce administrator to ensure that you have been assigned the “Loop & Tie Standard User” permission set and have sufficient permissions for the object in question.
