Users are receiving error messages indicating insufficient permissions or object access
If you are your organization’s Salesforce administrator:
Ensure that all affected users have been assigned the “Loop & Tie Standard User” permission set in the Salesforce Setup menu. For step-by-step instructions, refer to the Loop & Tie onboarding documentation.
Also confirm that the affected user has the necessary object-level permissions in your Salesforce org settings. If the problem persists, please contact Loop & Tie at salesforcesupport@loopandtie.com.
If you are not your organization’s Salesforce administrator:
Contact your organization’s Salesforce administrator and ask them to assign you the “Loop & Tie Standard User” permission set and verify that you have the necessary object-level permissions.
