Viewing Gift Details in the Loop & Tie Salesforce App
The Loop & Tie Salesforce App offers two ways to view gift details: Gift Record Details and Gift Tab and List Views. You can also view this information in your Loop & Tie dashboard.
1. Gift Record Details
- Click View Gift Details.
- View gift progress in the Stage Path (e.g., Sent, Opened, Redeemed).

- Access recently viewed Gift records.
- View all Gift records.
- Create custom List Views.
Tip: To create a custom List View, click the List View Controls icon in Salesforce and select New. For detailed steps, refer to Salesforce's List Views documentation.
