I want to send gifts to recipients who are visually impaired or blind; will they be able to access Loop & Tie?
The Loop & Tie gift redemption process can be successfully completed by those using screen readers.
Loop & Tie elements, including gifts and on-page text and navigation, are fully accessible for blind and visually impaired recipients, while user-supplied information, like header images, will only be readable if the file name (which is used as alternative text) is descriptive of the image.
Unfortunately the user side of Loop & Tie, including the 'send a gift' flow and portal, does not currently support screen readers.
