How do I subscribe or upgrade my subscription?

Here's what to do if you're ready to get your hands on some sweet new features.

Upgrading to Essentials

1. Log into your Loop & Tie portal 

2. There is a quick link to Upgrade to Essentials above the 'Account Settings' on the bottom of the menu. Click on the link to upgrade.

3. If you do not see the button, click 'Account Settings' from the bottom of your lefthand panel menu, then navigate to the 'Billing' Tab. From there, view the 'Current Plan' section and click 'Manage Plan' on the righthand side.

⚠️ Don't see the 'Manage plan' button?

If you have a Personal account, you won't be able to upgrade from inside your portal. Contact sales at sales@loopandtie.com or by booking a demo in order to upgrade. 

If you're not sure, click here to see steps for identifying whether your account is a Personal account


3. From the 'Manage Plan' page, choose 'Update Plan'

4. From here, you'll see the pricing page. To upgrade to Essentials, click 'Start Gifting' under the Essentials plan name. 

5. After clicking Start Gifting, you'll be directed through a checkout process to purchase an Essentials subscription by credit card

Upgrading to Premium

For the time being, you'll need to chat with our team in order to upgrade to Premium. Either email your Account Manager or Sales Representative directly, shoot us a note at sales@loopandtie.com, or book a demo

Upgrading to Enterprise

For the time being, you'll need to chat with our team in order to upgrade to Enterprise. Either email your Account Manager or Sales Representative directly, shoot us a note at sales@loopandtie.com, or book a demo

 


 

Identifying a Personal Account

1. Log into your Loop & Tie portal 

2. Click on Account Settings at the bottom of your lefthand panel menu, then click to the 'Organization' tab. Personal accounts will have the word 'personal' in their account subdomain.

You can also check your team name on the lefthand side of the top nav menu: most personal accounts will have 'Personal' as their team name.
