Save time and build a consistent experience by building gift design templates for all of your recurring gifting needs.
1. Access Gift Templates:
Start by logging into your Loop & Tie portal. From your dashboard, click 'Templates' then 'Gift Templates' on the left, vertical navigation.
2. Create New Gift Template:
Select 'New Gift Template' and enter a name and description for the template you'd like to create.
3. Select Gift Collection:
Select the recurring gift collection you plan to send each time you use this gift template. 
4. Design Gift Template:
Design your template by including a custom header image, logo, and a message for your gift recipients
💡 Reminder to use personalization tokens to include details such as your recipient's first name to the email template each time you send a gift. This ensures each email feels personal to its intended recipient.
5. Finalize Redemption Page Header.
Made any necessary adjustments to the hero image of your gift redemption landing page. You can click and drag to resize the height of the header image or select a different image from the email header entirely.
6. Select Enhancements:
Select any enhancements you'd like to include with this template including
- 'Assign to a Campaign' for performance tracking.
- 'Add Survey' to require a gift recipient to answer a series of questions before they redeem their gift.
- 'Schedule a Meeting' to require a gift recipient to schedule time before redeeming their gift.
6. Review:
Take a moment to review both the 'Preview Redemption' and 'Preview Email' to ensure that all images and copy reflect the experience you'd like to create for all gifts being sent with this template.
7. Save Template:
Click 'Save Template' and you'll now be able to reuse this same design and message for your recurring gifting occasions. To access your saved templates, go to 'Templates > Gift Templates' and select the template you want to use. The gift building process will take you directly to the 'Add Recipient' stage of your gift build for you to enter the contact information of the gift recipients:
8. Check Out:
In they 'Pay' stage of the send a gift workflow, you'll finalize your payment.
📝 Tip: When you pay through Loop & Tie, you pay through Stripe, one of the most common and most secure payment gateways available on the web.
Once you've added a payment method, click 'Pay.'
⚠️ Clicking pay will complete your purchase; if you chose today as your send date, your gifts will be deployed immediately. If you scheduled them for later, they'll send on the date(s) you picked in the recipient stage.
