📝 On September 19th, 2023, Loop & Tie made changes to our plans and pricing that affected the features in our Free accounts. This article provides an overview of the changes that were made to our Free plan, and does not cover instructions for using any features therein.

So you just logged in and things look a little... different. No fear! Loop & Tie Free is still an easy and cost effective way to send gifts without a subscription plan.
To help you in your journey with the new Free, here's exactly what changed in your account:
Introducing Flat-Rate Shipping
All Loop & Tie Marketplace gifts now ship for the low flat-rate of $5/gift.
We understand this change can feel jarring. Here's our Founder, Sara Rodell, on pricing updates:
"We have done our very best to structure pricing so that you all feel you’re getting strong value from our business. Loop & Tie has kept prices the same for the last 10 years, but as our costs have changed, we need to reflect that in our prices so we have the opportunity to keep serving you while paying our suppliers fairly and continuing our cause-based investments.
You are the reason we can continue to build Loop & Tie, and your choice to use us helps turn corporate gifting into a social impact engine. U.S. companies spend $300B each year on gifting and we are deeply committed to routing those funds where they’re needed. By choosing to send your gifts through Loop & Tie you are supporting small businesses, underrepresented business owners, reducing the waste of unwanted gifts and driving investment for forestation projects that have planted over 21 central parks worth of trees.
No matter how competitive our pricing is, we know there will always be a lower priced alternative out there. It’s our hope that you’ll continue to use Loop & Tie so together we can continue to use gifting to drive exciting change."
Custom designs, logos, and bulk recipient uploads have moved to Essentials
Some of our advanced features have migrated into our low-cost Essentials plan. Those features include:

- Custom redemption page header designs (design library)

- Bulk recipient uploads / Import recipients
Essentials subscriptions start at just $500/year, and also include:
