Build a consistent gifting experience from end-to-end by setting up templates for your Redemption & Shipping Confirmation Emails, and Post-Redemption & Post-Thank You Pages.
Customizing the Redemption Email
1. Access Redemption Email Templates:
Start by logging into your Loop & Tie portal. From your dashboard, click 'Templates' then 'Redemption Email' on the left, vertical navigation.
2. Create New Redemption Email Template:
Select 'New Template' and enter a name for the template you'd like to create, and then click 'Continue' to save.
3. Customize the Redemption Email Template
On the left-hand side in the email preview, you can hover over the green pencil icons and click 'Edit" to modify the editable sections of the email including the header logo, header copy, subheader copy, and footer copy.
On the right-hand side, you can change the template font and font colors, and upload a new header logo.
You can also toggle on 'Set as Default Template' to be used for all of your gift sends.
Click 'Save' to solidify image and copy changes as you go. Text styling changes will auto-save.
4. Use your new Redemption Email Template
In the Design stage of the send a gift flow where you customize your Gift Email design, click the green 'Use Your Custom Templates' button.
Select your new template from the dropdown menu for 'Redemption Confirmation Email' and click 'Use Templates' to confirm your selection before proceeding with the rest of the gifting flow as usual.
Customizing the Shipping Email
1. Access Shipping Email Templates:
Start by logging into your Loop & Tie portal. From your dashboard, click 'Templates' then 'Shipping Email' on the left, vertical navigation.
2. Create New Shipping Email Template:
Select 'New Template' and enter a name for the template you'd like to create, and then click 'Continue' to save.
3. Customize the Shipping Email Template
On the left-hand side in the email preview, you can hover over the green pencil icons and click 'Edit' to modify the editable sections of the email including the header logo, heading copy, and image.
On the right-hand side, you can change the template font and font colors, and upload a new header logo and image.
You can also toggle on 'Set as Default Template' to be used for all of your gift sends.

On the right-hand side, you can change the template font, font colors, and button color.
You can also toggle on 'Set as Default Template' to be used for all of your gift sends.

4. Use your new Post-Redemption Page Template
In the Design stage of the send a gift flow where you customize your Gift Email design, click the green 'Use Your Custom Templates' button.

Customizing the Post-Thank You Page

On the left-hand side in the page preview, you can hover over the green pencil icons and click 'Edit" to modify the editable sections of the email including header image, header copy, and body copy.
On the right-hand side, you can change the template font and font colors, and choose to show or hide the email opt-in buttons.
You can also toggle on 'Set as Default Template' to be used for all of your gift sends.
Click 'Save' to solidify image and copy changes as you go. Text styling and button changes will auto-save.
4. Use your new Post-Thank You Page Template
In the Design stage of the send a gift flow where you customize your Gift Email design, click the green 'Use Your Custom Templates' button.
Select your new template from the dropdown menu for 'Post-Thank You Page' and click 'Use Templates' to confirm your selection before proceeding with the rest of the gifting flow as usual.
