Sending your Custom Packaging Collection [Essentials, Premium, Enterprise]

When you order Custom Packaging from Loop & Tie, your Custom Packaging is tied to a specific, custom collection. 

The following steps will walk you through sending gifts from your Custom Packaging Collection. First, let's get some FAQ out of the way.

 

How do I get a Custom Packaging collection? 

Regardless of whether you ordered Custom Packaging through our order form or worked with your Sales Representative or Account Manager, our team sets up your Custom Packaging collection for you once we have your insert cards and stickers in stock. There's no need to take any action on your end to set up your collection.

Can I apply my Custom Packaging to other collections? 

No. Custom Packaging is tied to one specific collection. If you send gifts from another collection— even if it's the same price point as your Custom Packaging collection— your insert cards and stickers will not be applied. 

If you have leftover Custom Packaging after your campaign and wish to attach it to a different collection/gift level AND you have a Loop & Tie Premium or Enterprise subscription, reach out to your Account Manager for assistance. If you're using our Essentials plan, your Custom Packaging cannot be applied to a different collection. 

 

How will I know how much Custom Packaging I have left? 
We recommend ordering enough Custom Packaging to cover 100% of your send (i.e. 100 gifts = 100 stickers/inserts) so you don't have to worry about running out of inventory.

For a quick check on how many inserts/stickers you have left, compare the number of gifts sent from your Custom Packaging collection with your redemption rate for those gifts. 

If you have a Loop & Tie Essentials subscription, reach out to accounts@loopandtie.com for an exact count of remaining inventory. 

If you have a Loop & Tie Premium or Enterprise subscription, your Account Manager would be happy to provide an inventory report at any time. 

How to send your Custom Packaging collection

1. In your portal, navigate to the 'Collections' tab in your lefthand panel menu, then click the 'Your Collections' tab.

2. Your Custom Packaging collection will be named "[Gift Level]- Custom Packaging." If you have a Premium or Enterprise subscription, you can work with your Account Manager to customize this collection name. 

đź’ˇ If there is an old Custom Packaging collection in your account that no longer has inventory and you'd like to delete it, reach out to accounts@loopandtie.com [Essentials] or your Account Manager [Premium, Enterprise] to have collections removed. 

3. Click 'Send Collection' on the bottom of your Custom Packaging collection's card.

4. From there, you'll be directed to the 'design' stage of the 'Send a Gift' workflow. Complete the workflow to send gifts from your Custom Packaging collection. 


Alternative:

1. From your portal or loopandtie.com, click 'Send a Gift'/'Send Gifts' in the top right corner.

2. In the first step of the 'Send a Gift' workflow (collection selection), click the 'My Collections' tab

3. Hover over your Custom Packaging collection and click 'Send Collection'

4. Continue with the 'Send a Gift' workflow as usual
